I really am sorry that this didn't end up working out. I only spent one day on the set, but it seemed to be a pretty darned interesting story and its a shame that nobody will get to see it anytime soon. I definitely know what you mean about not having quite the right cast for the parts in some cases and I think you are probably wise to cancel for now. As you said, the story is great but it could be even better with the correct cast.
Good luck on your future ventures,
Jodath

Hey Tommy,

This is truly a bummer...but not entirely. I had the chance to meet and work with a director who won't settle for less than the best and--for what it's worth--I appreciate and respect that. You're among a small group of directors who won't stray from your vision or accept compromise. It's far better to turn out quality than quantity...and to be affiliated with such a director is a big high point on my growing resume!

I also got to meet and work with other actors that I've become friends with since meeting on set. For me this has been a big win!

I look forward to the day we work together again because I really like what you do! Unless I'm one of your "casting errors" I hope it's soon!

And for what it's worth it's not unusual to run into production headaches on a major gig. Don't beat yourself up because I guarantee it will happen again. Just learn from this and move on.

The very best to you sir!

Hey man, I forgot to reply to this when it came in! :P Of course I remember ya, I don't think I could forget anyone from the game dev days...or attempted game dev. Yeah, P[N]R is still around, only in a much different fashion as I'm sure you've noticed. P[N]R is pretty much just the name I put movies out under, there's absolutely no game development going on anymore. It'd be fun to do that again, but films is where it's at. I miss the olden days. What have you been up to?

Yo Tommy. What's good bro? I decided to see if P[N]R was still around. I'm not sure if you remember me from back when PNR was a game dev group.

[...] The movie tells the story of Robert Bigham, an obsessive compulsive man who discovers a terrible truth while tracking a serial killer. I was very pleased with the score, which I think effectively evokes the style of the old suspense movies that inspired the film. Check out the score here. [...]
